• Contributed in design and implementation of real-time systems to access major credit bureaus. Enhancements featured automated credit scoring techniques which allowed 50% of new credit card applications to be processed without human intervention
• Managed several programmers including lead analysts and a technology officer. Group was responsible for supporting: the central tracing and research area, the return items area, the cash processing area, and the S.T.A.R. system
